Hostel & Mess Charges
The Institute operates three types of hostels—single, double, and triple sharing—with varying rent amounts. Triple-sharing rooms are equipped with essential furniture like beds, wardrobes, study tables, and fans. Each room has access to a common area for relaxation and group discussions.
Mess charges are calculated monthly based on actual consumption. Students can choose from multiple mess options, each offering different cuisines and meal plans. Monthly bills are generated at the end of each month, and students are encouraged to maintain a balance in their mess accounts.
Rebate policies apply for students who attend fewer meals or are away due to internships or special events. These rebates are processed automatically based on attendance records.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The Institute offers various forms of financial assistance to deserving students. Eligibility criteria for scholarships include academic merit, socioeconomic background, and exceptional performance in extracurricular activities.
Income slabs for fee concessions are as follows: Below 2 lakh INR annual income qualifies for full concession; 2-5 lakh INR income allows for partial concession; 5-10 lakh INR income grants minimal support. All applications must be submitted with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates (if applicable), and bank statements.
Students from SC/ST/PwD categories receive automatic consideration for fee waivers based on their category status. EWS students may apply for concessions after providing necessary documentation.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments can be made through online banking, credit/debit cards, or NEFT transfers to the designated account provided by the Institute. Late payments incur a penalty of 500 INR per day until cleared.
The refund policy applies when students withdraw from the program before completing a semester. A processing fee of 2000 INR is deducted from the refund amount, and the remaining balance is credited back to the student's bank account within 30 working days.
Refunds are not processed for students who have availed academic loans or scholarships that require repayment upon graduation. In such cases, the refund is adjusted accordingly to ensure compliance with institutional agreements.
