Tuition Fee: Covers the cost of instruction, access to academic resources, and administrative services provided by the university.
Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in campus-hostels with basic amenities such as Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and 24/7 security.
Mess Advance: A prepayment for meal expenses within the campus cafeteria, which is adjusted at the end of each semester based on actual consumption.
Student Benevolent Fund: A nominal fee collected to support students facing financial hardships or emergencies during their academic journey.
Medical Fees: Covers access to on-campus medical facilities, including consultations with doctors and laboratory tests.
Gymkhana Fees: Supports recreational activities and sports events organized by the university's gymkhana committee.
Examination Fees: Covers costs associated with conducting examinations, including question paper preparation, invigilation, and result processing.
The hostel system offers multiple room types to accommodate students' preferences and budgets:
Mess billing operates on a monthly basis with options for different meal plans. Students can choose between standard, vegetarian, or non-vegetarian meals, with charges varying accordingly. Rebate policies are available for students from economically weaker sections (EWS) and PwD categories.
Financial assistance is available through various waiver schemes based on income slabs:
Students must submit relevant documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, or disability certificates to apply for these benefits. Applications are processed through the university's online portal after verification by the financial aid committee.
All fees must be paid within 15 days of registration. Late payments attract a penalty of ₹500 per day until full payment is received. Students can make payments via online banking, credit/debit cards, or demand drafts.
If a student withdraws from the program before completing the first semester, they are entitled to a refund of 80% of the total fees paid, excluding examination and medical fees. Refunds are processed within 30 working days after submission of withdrawal forms and necessary documentation.
