Hostel & Mess Charges
Icmai University Jaipur provides comfortable accommodation options in both single and double occupancy rooms. Hostels are equipped with modern amenities such as Wi-Fi, AC, laundry services, and 24/7 security.
The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis, where students pay an advance amount that is adjusted based on actual consumption. Rebates are available for students staying in shared rooms or those who opt out of the mess facility entirely.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
We offer several types of financial assistance:
- Merit-Based Scholarships: Awarded to top-performing students with cumulative GPAs above 9.0.
- Income-Based Concessions: Available for SC/ST/PwD, EWS, and MCM categories based on annual family income slabs (₹3 lakh to ₹8 lakh).
- Need-Based Aid: For students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, with detailed documentation required.
The application process involves submitting online forms along with supporting documents. Notifications regarding scholarship availability are sent via email and posted on the university website.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid by the specified deadline to avoid late penalties. Payments can be made through net banking, debit/credit cards, or demand drafts. A late fee of ₹500 per day is applicable beyond the due date.
If a student withdraws from the program before completion, refunds are processed according to the university's refund policy, which deducts administrative charges and outstanding dues before disbursing the remaining balance.
