Hostel & Mess Charges

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Icmai University Solan offers several financial aid options to deserving students:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive a 100% fee waiver on tuition fees. Additional support includes stipends and transportation allowances.
• EWS Category: 50% fee concession on tuition fees with possible partial assistance in hostel charges.
• MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% discount on tuition fees, along with access to special scholarship funds for academic excellence.

Eligibility criteria include income slabs and documentation of caste/community status. Applications must be submitted during the admission process or by mid-year for existing students seeking aid.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid within 15 days of admission to avoid late penalties. Payments can be made via online transfer, demand draft, or cash at the finance office.

Late payments attract a fixed percentage charge per week until full payment is received. Refunds are processed according to university guidelines upon withdrawal or discontinuation of studies.

Students who withdraw before completing their course may receive refunds after deducting administrative charges and outstanding dues. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of withdrawal with supporting documents.
