Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Late Fee Calculation
A late fee of ₹1000 per day is applicable for delayed payments beyond the deadline:
- Up to 7 days late: ₹7000
- 8-15 days late: ₹15000
- More than 15 days late: ₹25000 plus additional penalties
Refund Policy
In case of withdrawal from the university:
- Within 7 Days: Full refund of all fees except examination fees and medical charges
- After 7 Days but Before 30 Days: Refund of 80% of tuition fee with deductions for administrative costs
- After 30 Days: Refund of 50% of tuition fee with further deductions
Refunds are processed within 45 days after submission of withdrawal application and necessary documentation.
