Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

The payment procedures for fees are designed to be convenient and secure:

Payment Deadlines

  • First Semester: Payment must be completed before the start of the semester
  • Subsequent Semesters: Payment due by the last day of the first week of the semester

Late Fee Calculation

A late fee of ₹1000 per day is applicable for delayed payments beyond the deadline:

  • Up to 7 days late: ₹7000
  • 8-15 days late: ₹15000
  • More than 15 days late: ₹25000 plus additional penalties

Refund Policy

In case of withdrawal from the university:

  • Within 7 Days: Full refund of all fees except examination fees and medical charges
  • After 7 Days but Before 30 Days: Refund of 80% of tuition fee with deductions for administrative costs
  • After 30 Days: Refund of 50% of tuition fee with further deductions

Refunds are processed within 45 days after submission of withdrawal application and necessary documentation.
