Mess Advance: Prepaid meal charges covering daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the university cafeteria. Meals are served in a hygienic environment with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options available.
Student Benevolent Fund: A nominal fee collected to support students facing financial hardships or emergencies during their studies.

Hostel & Mess Charges
The university offers multiple hostel options tailored to student needs. Single occupancy rooms cost INR 15,000 per semester, while double and triple occupancy rooms range from INR 20,000 to INR 25,000 respectively.
Mess charges vary based on meal preferences and seasonal adjustments. Students can choose between standard and premium mess plans, each offering different levels of nutritional value and variety.
Rebate policies are available for students who attend classes regularly or participate in extracurricular activities. Additionally, hostel fees may be reduced by up to 10% for students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Financial assistance is available through various scholarship schemes based on academic merit and socioeconomic status:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fees and hostel charges with partial reimbursement for mess advance and other charges.
- EWS Category: 50% discount on tuition fee and hostel rent, along with full reimbursement for mess advance and other charges.
- MCM (Minority Community Member): 30% discount on tuition fee and hostel rent, with full reimbursement for mess advance and other charges.
Eligibility criteria are determined based on annual family income slabs, academic performance, and documentation submitted during the admission process. Applications must be submitted online through the university portal with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates (if applicable), and Aadhaar cards.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Fees must be paid within 15 days of admission or before the start of each semester. Late payments incur a penalty of INR 1000 per day until full payment is received.
Students can make payments via online banking, credit/debit cards, or demand drafts issued in favor of the university. Refunds are processed within 30 working days after submission of valid documents and approval from the finance department.
Withdrawal of students results in refund of fees minus administrative charges and hostel accommodation costs for the current semester. Refunds are credited to the student's bank account upon successful verification of withdrawal formalities.
