Fee Structure - Total Program Duration
The total fee for the entire B.Tech Agriculture program is ₹320,000 (₹80,000 per semester × 4 years). This includes all components such as tuition, hostel charges, mess advance, and other miscellaneous fees.
Hostel & Mess Charges
The university offers modern hostel facilities with various room types to accommodate students:
- Single Room: ₹15,000 per semester (shared by two students)
- Double Room: ₹20,000 per semester (shared by one student)
- Triple Room: ₹25,000 per semester (shared by three students)
The mess billing system is integrated with the hostel management system. Students are required to pay an advance amount for meals, which is adjusted monthly based on actual consumption.
Fee Waivers, Concessions & Scholarships
The university provides fee waivers and concessions for students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds:
- Eligibility Criteria: Income slabs below ₹3 lakh per annum for SC/ST/PwD students, and ₹4 lakh for EWS category.
- Benefits Offered: Up to 100% waiver on tuition fees for meritorious students, partial waivers for low-income families, and special scholarships for female students.
- Application Process: Students must submit a completed application form along with supporting documents like income certificates, caste certificates (if applicable), and proof of residence.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Students are required to make payments within the stipulated deadlines:
- Payment Deadlines: Fees must be paid by the 15th day of each semester; late payments attract a penalty of ₹1000 per day.
- Payment Methods: Online banking, NEFT/RTGS, UPI, and debit/credit card options are accepted.
- Refund Rules: Refunds are processed within 30 days upon withdrawal from the program, subject to deductions for processing fees and outstanding dues.
