MBA Fee Structure
The total cost of the MBA program at Integral University Lucknow is INR 3,50,000 for two years. This includes all components such as tuition fees, hostel charges, mess fees, and other miscellaneous expenses.

Hostel & Mess Charges

- Triple Occupancy Room: INR 20,000 per semester

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university provides financial assistance to students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds through various scholarship schemes:
- SC/ST/PwD Scholarship: Full waiver of tuition fees for eligible candidates with annual family income below INR 1 lakh.
- EWS Concession: 50% discount on tuition fees for families earning between INR 1-2 lakhs annually.
- MCM (Minority Community Merit): Full waiver of tuition fees for students from minority communities who score above 80% in their qualifying examination.
Applications for these scholarships must be submitted along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, and academic transcripts.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Fees are to be paid on a semester-wise basis. Payment can be made through online transfer, demand draft, or cash at the university office. Late payments attract a penalty of INR 500 per day until cleared.
If a student withdraws from the program before completing the academic year, the refund policy applies:
- Full refund if withdrawal occurs within one week of admission.
- 70% refund if withdrawal occurs between one and three weeks.
- No refund after three weeks of admission.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing along with relevant documents such as bank passbook copy, withdrawal letter, and academic transcript.
