Hostel & Mess Charges
The university offers two types of hostel accommodations:

- 4-Bedded Rooms: Rs. 30,000 per semester for a shared room with similar amenities but more space.
Mess charges are based on the number of meals consumed daily. Monthly mess bills are calculated at Rs. 5,000 per person, inclusive of breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Students can opt for partial or full meal plans depending on their schedule.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university offers several financial aid schemes to support deserving students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fee and hostel charges for eligible candidates.
- EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fee and full concession on hostel charges.
- MCM (Meritorious Children of Migrant Workers): Full waiver on tuition fees with partial concessions on other charges.
Eligibility criteria are based on income slabs and family details. Applications must be submitted along with supporting documents during the admission process or within one month of joining.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments can be made online through the university portal using credit/debit cards or NEFT/RTGS transfers. Late payments incur a penalty of Rs. 500 per day, with a maximum cap of Rs. 2000.
The refund policy applies to students who withdraw from the course within 15 days of admission. A processing fee of 10% is deducted from the total refund amount. After this period, no refunds are issued unless there are extenuating circumstances approved by the administration.
