Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, laboratory sessions, and access to digital resources.

Hostel Rent: Monthly accommodation charges for on-campus housing.

Mess Advance: Upfront payment for meal services during the semester.

Student Benevolent Fund: Contribution towards student welfare activities and emergency support.

Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services provided by the campus medical center.

Gymkhana Fees: Used for maintaining sports facilities and organizing cultural events.

Examination Fees: Covers administrative costs related to conducting examinations.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The hostel offers various room types:

• Single Occupancy Room: ₹25,000/month
• Double Occupancy Room: ₹18,000/month
• Triple Occupancy Room: ₹12,000/month

Mess charges are calculated based on a fixed daily rate:

• Standard Meal Plan: ₹150/day
• Premium Meal Plan: ₹250/day

Rebate policies apply for students who opt out of mess services during specific weeks or have special dietary needs.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Eligibility criteria vary by category:

• SC/ST/PwD (General): 100% waiver on tuition fee and hostel rent.
• EWS: 50% waiver on tuition fee and full hostel rent.
• MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% waiver on tuition fee and 50% on hostel rent.

Application process involves submitting necessary documents to the finance office along with an online application form. Financial aid is disbursed after verification by the committee.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments must be made before the deadline specified each semester. Late fees are charged at ₹500/day for overdue payments.

In case of withdrawal:

• Within 7 days: Full refund minus administrative charges.
• Beyond 7 days: Refund of tuition fee, hostel rent, and mess advance with deductions.

Refunds are processed within 30 working days after submission of the withdrawal form.
