Fee Breakdown
Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, laboratory access, and administrative costs. The fee includes all necessary course materials and software licenses.
Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in the university hostel with shared facilities. Room types vary from single occupancy to four-bedded rooms with air conditioning.
Mess Advance: A fixed advance amount for monthly meals, covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Any unused balance is refunded at the end of the semester.
Student Benevolent Fund: Contributes to student welfare programs, including medical aid and emergency assistance.
Medical Fees: Covers basic health services and consultations at the university clinic.
Gymkhana Fees: Supports recreational activities and sports facilities on campus.
Examination Fees: Includes fees for internal assessments, external exams, and result processing.
Hostel & Mess Charges
The hostel provides comfortable living arrangements with modern amenities including internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, laundry services, and 24-hour security. Room types include single, double, and triple occupancy options.
Mess charges are calculated based on the number of meals consumed. Students can opt for a monthly plan or pay per meal. The mess menu includes vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, with special dietary accommodations available upon request.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Students from SC/ST/PwD categories are eligible for 100% fee waiver if their annual income is below ₹2 lakhs. EWS students receive a 50% concession if their income is between ₹2-4 lakhs.
MCM (Minority Community Members) students get a 25% discount on tuition fees, provided they belong to recognized minority communities.
Merit-based scholarships are awarded based on academic performance and extracurricular achievements. Applications are reviewed by the scholarship committee annually.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Fees must be paid before the start of each semester. Payments can be made via online banking, credit/debit cards, or demand draft. Late payments attract a penalty fee of ₹500 per day.
If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy applies as follows: 90% of the fees is refunded for withdrawal before the first month, 70% after one month but before two months, and no refund after two months.
