Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, laboratory access, and administrative services. Includes digital resources and library access.
Hostel Rent: Monthly accommodation charges for on-campus hostel facilities. Includes utilities like electricity, water, internet, and maintenance.
Mess Advance: Prepaid monthly mess charges covering meals for the semester. Adjustments are made at the end of each month based on consumption.
Student Benevolent Fund: A nominal fee collected to support students facing financial difficulties.
Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services provided by the college's medical center.
Gymkhana Fees: Supports recreational and cultural activities on campus, including sports facilities and student clubs.

Hostel & Mess Charges

Mess billing is done monthly based on actual consumption and includes:

Rebate policies apply for students who opt out of mess services or take leaves. A 50% rebate is offered for leave days exceeding three.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The college offers various financial aid options:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Full fee waiver for eligible students with income below Rs. 2 lakh/year.
- EWS Category: 50% fee concession for families earning between Rs. 2-4 lakh/year.
- MCM (Minority Community): 25% discount on tuition fees for recognized minority students.
Application process:
- Submit filled application form along with supporting documents (income certificate, caste certificate, etc.).
- Verification by the financial aid committee.
- Approval and disbursement of concession or scholarship within 15 days.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments must be made online through the college portal or at designated bank branches. Payment deadlines are:
- First Semester: Before admission confirmation
- Subsequent Semesters: Within 7 days of commencement
Late fees:
- Rs. 500/day for overdue payments
- Maximum late fee capped at Rs. 10,000
Refund policy:
- Full refund if withdrawal occurs before semester commencement.
- Partial refund (70%) if withdrawn after 30 days but before 60 days.
- No refund after 60 days of admission.
