Detailed Fee Breakdown

Tuition Fee: The tuition fee covers instruction, laboratory access, and academic resources. It is revised annually based on inflation and infrastructure development needs.

Hostel Rent: Hostels are available in multiple categories including single, double, triple, and quad occupancy rooms. The rent varies according to room type and amenities provided.

Mess Advance: Mess charges are collected monthly as an advance payment towards food expenses. The mess operates on a billing system where students receive monthly bills based on consumption patterns.

Hostel & Mess Charges

  • EWS Category: Students from economically weaker sections receive a 25% discount on tuition fees and other charges.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid within the specified deadlines to avoid late penalties. Payment can be made through online banking, NEFT/RTGS, demand draft, or cash at the college office.

Late fees are charged at 5% per month on outstanding balances beyond the due date. Refund applications are processed after verification of payment records and adherence to academic regulations.

Students who withdraw from the program must submit a formal application along with necessary documentation. Refunds are credited to the student's bank account within six weeks of approval, subject to deductions for administrative charges and hostel dues.
