Fee Structure Overview
The total fee for the MBA program at Lok Jagruti Kendra University Ahmedabad is INR 15 lakhs for the entire duration of two years. This includes all academic, hostel, and miscellaneous charges.

Fee Components Explanation
Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, materials, and access to academic resources. Includes library access, laboratory usage, and digital tools.
Hostel Rent: Monthly rent for accommodation in our on-campus hostels, which are equipped with modern amenities including Wi-Fi, laundry services, and 24/7 security.
Mess Advance: A fixed monthly advance paid towards food expenses. The actual billing is done at the end of each month based on consumption.
Student Benevolent Fund: Supports students facing financial hardships or emergencies during their studies.
Medical Fees: Covers basic medical services and health check-ups provided by our campus clinic.
Gymkhana Fees: Funding for sports activities, gym memberships, and recreational facilities.
Examination Fees: Covers costs associated with conducting end-of-semester exams and assessments.
Hostel & Mess Charges
Our hostels offer multiple room types to accommodate different preferences and budgets. Options include single occupancy rooms, shared double rooms, and triple rooms with common study areas.
Mess charges are calculated based on a fixed monthly advance of INR 40,000, which covers breakfast, lunch, and dinner for all days of the month. Actual billing is done at the end of each month after deducting expenses incurred.
Rebate policies allow students to receive partial refunds if they do not consume meals for a specified number of days during a month. Detailed information on rebate rules is available in the hostel office.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
We provide financial assistance to meritorious and economically disadvantaged students through various scholarship schemes:
- Merit Scholarship: Awarded to top-performing students based on academic excellence in qualifying exams.
- SC/ST/PwD Concession: 50% discount on tuition fees for students belonging to reserved categories.
- EWS Concession: 25% discount on tuition fees for economically weaker sections.
- MCM (Minority Community Members): 20% concession on tuition fees for students from minority communities.
Eligibility criteria are determined based on income slabs and category certificates issued by recognized authorities. Applications must be submitted along with supporting documents during the admission process.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments can be made through online banking, NEFT/RTGS, or demand draft. All payments must be completed before the deadline specified in the fee structure notification.
Late fees of INR 500 per day are applicable for delayed payments. Full refund is granted upon withdrawal from the university, subject to adherence to the rules and regulations set forth by the administration.
Refund requests must be submitted within one month of withdrawal with all necessary documentation. The process typically takes 30-45 working days for completion.
