Hostel & Mess Charges

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers various fee waivers and concessions to deserving students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Eligibility criteria include income slabs, family size, and special circumstances such as disabilities or orphanhood status.

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Students belonging to these categories receive full fee waivers or partial reductions based on their eligibility.
  • EWS Category: Students from economically weaker sections may qualify for up to 50% reduction in fees upon submission of valid documentation.
  • MCM (Married Children of Military Personnel): Eligible students receive a fixed concession amount to offset their tuition expenses.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:

  • Withdrawal within First Month: Full refund of tuition and hostel fees minus Rs 1000 processing fee.
  • Withdrawal Between 1st and 3rd Month: Refund of 75% of tuition and hostel fees minus Rs 1000 processing fee.
  • Withdrawal After 3rd Month: No refund will be granted for tuition or hostel fees, except in cases of serious illness or transfer to another institution.
