The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis, where students pay in advance based on their consumption. Monthly bills are generated after the end of each month, and adjustments are made accordingly.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

SC/ST/PwD Category: Students belonging to these categories receive a 100% fee waiver on tuition fees and a 50% reduction in hostel charges.

MCM (Most Backward Class): Students from MCM categories are eligible for a 50% fee waiver on tuition fees and a 10% reduction in hostel charges.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments can be made online through net banking, credit/debit cards, or NEFT/RTGS transfers. Students must ensure that payments are completed before the deadline to avoid late fees.
Late fee charges are calculated at 5% of the total fee amount for each week of delay beyond the due date. Payments received after one month are subject to additional penalties and may require approval from the finance department.
Refunds are processed in accordance with university guidelines upon withdrawal or discontinuation of studies. The refund policy states that 90% of the paid fees will be refunded within six weeks of submission of withdrawal forms, provided all dues are settled and no academic issues remain unresolved.
