Each component of the fee structure serves a specific purpose and contributes to the overall educational experience:

  • Tuition Fee: Covers instruction costs, library access, and academic resources. This includes lecture halls, laboratories, and digital learning tools.
  • Hostel Rent: Provides accommodation facilities within the campus. Hostels are equipped with modern amenities including Wi-Fi, laundry services, and 24-hour security.
  • Mess Advance: Ensures meals are provided consistently throughout the academic year. The mess operates on a monthly billing system with subsidies available for eligible students.
  • Student Benevolent Fund: Supports students facing financial hardships or emergencies during their studies.
  • Medical Fees: Covers healthcare services, including consultations, medicines, and emergency treatments at the campus hospital.
  • Gymkhana Fees: Funds recreational activities, sports facilities, and extracurricular events to promote holistic development.
  • Examination Fees: Covers costs associated with conducting examinations, grading, and result processing.
  • Other Charges: Includes administrative expenses, infrastructure maintenance, and additional services like campus transportation and library usage fees.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The institute offers various financial aid options to ensure accessibility for deserving students:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full fee waiver for eligible students with income below ₹8 lakh per annum.
  • EWS Category: 50% fee concession for students with income between ₹8 lakh and ₹12 lakh per annum.
  • MCM (Marrying Child Migrant): Full fee waiver for students who are married or have migrated from another state.

The application process involves submitting an online form along with supporting documents like income certificates, caste certificates, and disability certificates. The eligibility criteria are verified by the finance department before disbursal of benefits.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid through NEFT, RTGS, or debit/credit card transactions via the official portal. Late payments attract a penalty of ₹500 per day until full payment is made.

In case of withdrawal from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:

  • Before Completion of First Semester: Full refund minus administrative charges of ₹2,000.
  • After Completion of First Semester but Before Second Semester: 75% refund minus administrative charges.
  • After Completion of Second Semester: No refund is granted unless exceptional circumstances are approved by the administration.

Refunds are processed within 30 working days after approval and are transferred directly to the student's bank account.
