Hostel & Mess Charges

The institution offers three types of hostel accommodations: Single Occupancy Rooms (SOR), Double Occupancy Rooms (DOR), and Triple Occupancy Rooms (TOR). Each room is equipped with essential furniture and amenities to ensure comfort and productivity.

Mess charges are collected in advance for each month and adjusted at the end of the month based on actual consumption. Students have access to a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options throughout the day, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Rebate policies are applicable for students who do not consume meals regularly or those who leave campus during specific periods. Applications for rebates must be submitted in advance to the hostel administration office.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The institution provides financial assistance to deserving students through various scholarship schemes based on merit, economic background, and category-specific reservations. Eligibility criteria vary by scheme but generally include income slabs, academic performance, and family size.

Scholarship categories include:

  • SC/ST/PwD: Full fee waiver for students belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, or Persons with Disabilities.
  • EWS: 50% concession on tuition fees for economically weaker sections.
  • MCM: Merit-cum-means scholarship based on academic excellence and financial need.

Applications for scholarships must be submitted before the start of the academic year. Detailed documentation including income certificates, caste certificates (if applicable), and academic records are required for verification.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid through online banking or NEFT transfers to the designated accounts. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹1000 per month until cleared.

Refunds are processed only after verifying the withdrawal of students from the institution. The refund process takes 45 days to complete and includes deductions for processing fees and administrative charges.

Students who wish to withdraw must submit an application form along with supporting documents within one week of the decision. Refund eligibility depends on the duration of stay and academic progress.
