All fees must be paid through online banking or NEFT transfers to the designated accounts. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹1000 per month until cleared.
Refunds are processed only after verifying the withdrawal of students from the institution. The refund process takes 45 days to complete and includes deductions for processing fees and administrative charges.
Students who wish to withdraw must submit an application form along with supporting documents within one week of the decision. Refund eligibility depends on the duration of stay and academic progress.
