Detailed Fee Components
Tuition Fee: This fee covers all academic activities including lectures, laboratory sessions, and access to library resources. It is fixed annually and includes updates for inflation.
Hostel Rent: Accommodation in campus hostels is provided on a shared basis. The rent varies based on room type and amenities offered. Single occupancy rooms are available at an additional cost.
Mess Advance: Students must pay an advance for the mess facility, which covers meals for one semester. Refunds are processed at the end of each academic year if unused.
Student Benevolent Fund: This fund supports students facing financial hardships and contributes to campus development initiatives.
Medical Fees: Covers basic medical services, health check-ups, and access to on-campus health facilities.

Hostel & Mess Charges

- Room Types: Single occupancy rooms (INR 10,000/month), Double occupancy rooms (INR 6,000/month), Triple occupancy rooms (INR 4,000/month).
- Mess Billing System: Meals are served in a cafeteria-style setup with varied menu options. Monthly billing is done based on consumption and dietary preferences.
- Rebate Policies: Students can apply for rebates during holidays or for medical emergencies. Applications must be submitted at least one week in advance.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university offers several financial assistance options to deserving students based on income criteria and academic merit:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Full fee waiver for eligible students. Income slabs must be below INR 10,000/month.
- EWS Category: 50% concession on tuition fees. Income slabs must be between INR 10,000 and INR 20,000/month.
- MCM (Meritorious Children of Merit): Full scholarship for top-performing students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Criteria include both academic excellence and financial need.
- Application Process: Students must submit income certificates, mark sheets, and application forms to the finance department within specified deadlines.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments can be made through online banking, NEFT/RTGS, or by depositing cash at designated counters. Late payments attract a penalty of 5% per month.
- Payment Deadlines: Fees must be paid within the first week of each semester to avoid late fees and penalties.
- Refund Rules: Refunds are processed upon withdrawal or transfer. Deductions include administrative charges, hostel rent for the current month, and outstanding dues.
- Late Fee Calculation: Late payments attract 5% monthly interest on unpaid balances until cleared in full.
