Hostel & Mess Charges

The university offers multiple hostel options for students, ranging from single occupancy rooms to shared dormitories. Room types include:

  • Single Occupancy Rooms: Private rooms with attached bathrooms, priced at INR 35,000 per semester.
  • Double Occupancy Rooms: Shared rooms with attached bathrooms, priced at INR 30,000 per semester.
  • Triple Occupancy Rooms: Shared rooms with common bathrooms, priced at INR 25,000 per semester.

Mess billing follows a structured system where students prepay for the semester. The meal plan includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with options for vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals. Adjustments are made at the end of each semester based on actual consumption.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

We offer financial assistance through fee waivers and concessions for eligible students:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fees with partial exemption from hostel charges.
  • EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fees and 30% concession on hostel charges.
  • MCM (Migrant Community Members): 25% waiver on tuition fees and full exemption from hostel charges.

Eligibility criteria for these benefits are based on income slabs and verified through relevant documentation. Applications must be submitted before the start of the academic year, with supporting documents including caste certificates, income proofs, and disability certificates where applicable.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid within 15 days of registration. Late payments attract a penalty of INR 500 per day beyond the deadline. Students can make payments online via net banking, credit/debit cards, or through UPI apps.

In case of withdrawal from the program, refunds are processed according to the following schedule:

  • Withdrawal within first week: 100% refund
  • Withdrawal between 1-4 weeks: 75% refund
  • Withdrawal after 4 weeks: No refund

Refunds are credited to the student's bank account within 30 working days of submission of withdrawal forms and necessary documentation.
