Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Refund Rules

If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:

  • Before 15 days of admission: Full refund minus administrative charges.
  • Between 15 and 30 days: Refund of 75% after deducting administrative charges.
  • After 30 days: No refund is issued.

All refunds are processed within 30 working days from the date of withdrawal. Students must submit a written request along with supporting documents to initiate the refund process.
