Fee Components Explanation

Tuition Fee

Late fees are calculated daily starting from the day after the deadline. For example, if payment is made on day 8, the late fee would be INR 8000 (INR 1000 × 8 days).

Refund Policy

If a student withdraws from the program or transfers to another institution, the refund policy applies as follows:

  • Withdrawal Before First Month: Full refund minus administrative charges of INR 10,000.
  • Withdrawal Between First and Third Month: Refund of 75% after deducting administrative charges.
  • Withdrawal After Third Month: No refund is granted unless the student has paid fees for the entire semester in advance.
