Hostel Rent: Accommodation charges for residing on campus. Hostels are equipped with basic amenities including Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and 24/7 security.
Mess Advance: A one-time payment required at the beginning of each semester to cover meal expenses for the entire semester. This amount is adjusted based on actual consumption by the end of the semester.

Examination Fees: Covers administrative costs associated with conducting internal assessments, mid-term exams, final examinations, and grading processes.
Hostel & Mess Charges
The university offers multiple hostel options for students, including single, double, triple, and quad-sharing rooms. Each room is equipped with essential furniture such as beds, study tables, wardrobes, and fans. Additional facilities include common lounges, reading rooms, internet access, and laundry services.
For mess charges, students are expected to pay a fixed advance amount at the start of each semester. The billing system operates on a monthly basis, where students can track their consumption and adjust balances accordingly. Rebates are available for students who do not consume meals regularly or for those living off-campus but attending campus events.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university provides various forms of financial aid to deserving students based on income slabs and merit criteria:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive a 100% waiver on tuition fees and 50% concession on hostel charges.
- EWS Category: Students from economically weaker sections get a 50% reduction in tuition fees and full concession on hostel charges.
- MCM (Meritorious Community of Minorities): Merit-based scholarships are awarded to top-performing students regardless of caste or community.
To apply for these benefits, students must submit relevant documentation such as income certificates, caste certificates, and academic transcripts. Applications are reviewed by the financial aid committee, and decisions are communicated within two weeks of submission.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid before the commencement of classes in each semester. Payment can be made through net banking, credit/debit cards, or NEFT/RTGS transfers to the university’s designated account. Late payments incur a penalty fee of ₹500 per day until cleared.
If a student withdraws from the program, refund procedures are governed by the university's refund policy. Refunds are processed within 30 days after submission of all necessary documents and clearance of dues. The refund amount is calculated based on the number of days spent in the institution and includes deductions for hostel charges, mess advance, and other applicable fees.
