Tuition Fee: Covers the cost of instruction, laboratory access, and academic resources. Includes fees for all core subjects, departmental electives, and capstone projects.
Hostel Rent: Covers accommodation in our fully equipped hostel facilities with modern amenities including Wi-Fi, laundry services, and 24/7 security.
Mess Advance: Paid upfront to cover food expenses for the semester. Adjusted at the end of the semester based on actual consumption.
Student Benevolent Fund: Contributes to student welfare programs including scholarships, health initiatives, and extracurricular activities.
Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services provided within campus clinics and emergency medical assistance.
Gymkhana Fees: Supports sports and fitness activities, including gym access, recreational facilities, and sports tournaments.
Examination Fees: Covers administrative costs associated with conducting end-of-semester examinations and grading processes.
Hostel & Mess Charges
Our hostel offers various room types including single occupancy rooms, twin-sharing rooms, and triple-sharing rooms. Monthly charges vary from Rs 3,000 to Rs 15,000 depending on the type of room selected.
The mess system operates on a monthly billing cycle with daily meal charges ranging from Rs 80 to Rs 120 per meal. Students can choose from multiple dining options including vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals.
Rebate policies are available for students who take leave or are absent during certain periods, subject to approval by the hostel administration.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
We offer various financial assistance programs including merit-based scholarships, need-based grants, and category-specific concessions:
- Merit-Based Scholarships: Awarded to top-performing students with cumulative GPA above 9.0.
- Need-Based Grants: Available for students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.
- Category Concessions: Reserved seats and fee reductions for SC/ST/PwD, EWS, and MCM categories.
Eligibility criteria for each category are defined based on income slabs and documentation requirements. Applications must be submitted online through the university portal with supporting documents.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid within 15 days of the commencement of the semester. Late payments attract a penalty of Rs 1,000 per day beyond the deadline.
In case of withdrawal from the program, refunds are processed according to the university's refund policy:
- Full refund if withdrawn before the start of the semester.
- Partial refund (75%) if withdrawn within 30 days of commencement.
- No refund after 30 days of commencement.
