Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers several scholarship schemes for meritorious and financially disadvantaged students. These include merit-based scholarships, need-based grants, and category-specific concessions for SC/ST/PwD, EWS, and MCM beneficiaries.

Eligibility criteria are based on academic performance, income slabs, and family background. Applications for financial aid must be submitted annually through the university portal with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, and medical reports where applicable.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Fees can be paid online via net banking, credit/debit cards, or NEFT/RTGS transfers. A detailed payment schedule is communicated to students through official notices.

Late fees are applicable beyond the due date, with a fixed percentage added to the total amount. Refunds are processed only upon formal application and verification of reasons such as withdrawal from the university, change in course, or other valid circumstances.

Refund rules specify that 90% of the fee will be refunded after deducting processing charges, while 10% is retained for administrative purposes. Students must submit a written request along with necessary documentation to initiate refund proceedings.
