Hostel Rent: Accommodation facilities are provided within the campus with varying room types including single, double, and triple occupancy rooms. Hostel rent includes basic amenities like furniture, Wi-Fi connectivity, and maintenance services.

Hostel & Mess Charges
The university offers several hostel options for students, each with distinct features and pricing. Single occupancy rooms are priced at INR 15000 per semester, while double occupancy rooms cost INR 10000. Triple occupancy rooms are available at INR 7000 per semester.
Mess charges vary based on meal preferences and dietary requirements. Standard meals include breakfast, lunch, and dinner with nutritious food options. Special diets like Jain, Halal, or gluten-free are available upon request with an additional charge of INR 2000 per month.
Rebate policies allow students to receive partial refunds during holidays or if they leave campus for extended periods. The rebate is calculated proportionally based on the number of days missed from hostel accommodation.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Several scholarships and fee waiver schemes are available to deserving students. Merit-based scholarships are awarded to top performers in the qualifying examination, with percentages ranging from 50% to 100% of tuition fees.
Need-based financial aid is provided to economically disadvantaged students based on income slabs. For families earning below INR 3 lakh annually, full fee waivers are available. Students with incomes between INR 3-5 lakh receive a 50% discount, while those with incomes between INR 5-7 lakh get a 25% concession.
PwD students are entitled to special concessions including free hostel accommodation, reduced tuition fees, and additional support services. The university ensures accessibility for students with disabilities through ramps, elevators, and assistive devices.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid online through the university's payment gateway or via NEFT/RTGS transfers to designated bank accounts. Late payments attract a penalty of INR 1000 per day until the dues are cleared.
If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy applies as follows: 90% of fees are refunded if withdrawal occurs before the first month of classes. After one month, only 70% is refunded, and after two months, it reduces to 50%. No refunds are issued after three months.
Students must submit a formal withdrawal application along with supporting documents such as medical certificates or proof of transfer to another institution. Refunds are processed within 30 days of approval and credited directly to the student's bank account.
