The tuition fee covers instruction, access to libraries, digital resources, and academic support services. Hostel charges include accommodation in air-conditioned rooms with shared amenities such as bathrooms, study areas, and common lounges.
Hostel & Mess Charges
Hostels offer various room types including single occupancy, double occupancy, and triple occupancy rooms. The mess billing system is managed through a digital platform where students can track their consumption and settle bills monthly.
Rebate policies are available for students who maintain good attendance and academic standing. Additional charges apply for late payments, which include a fixed penalty of 5% per month.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Scholarships are available for meritorious students based on their performance in qualifying exams. Eligibility criteria include minimum percentage marks in the qualifying examination and income slabs ranging from ₹1 lakh to ₹5 lakh per annum.
Concessions are offered for SC/ST/PwD categories, EWS, and MCM students. Applications for these benefits must be submitted along with relevant documents during the admission process.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments can be made online via credit/debit cards, net banking, or UPI. The deadline for fee payment is the first week of each semester, and late fees are charged at 5% per month for overdue payments.
In case of withdrawal, refunds are processed according to university regulations, with deductions for administrative charges and hostel fees as applicable. The refund process typically takes 30 days from the date of application.
