Hostel & Mess Charges

- Triple Occupancy: ₹10,000 per semester

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Several financial aid schemes are available to eligible students, including:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fee and hostel charges. Additional support in the form of monthly stipends is provided based on income slabs.
- EWS Category: 50% reduction in tuition fees and full waiver of hostel charges. Monthly financial assistance up to ₹3000 is available for students with an annual income below ₹4 lakhs.
- MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% reduction in tuition fees and partial waiver of hostel charges. Additional grants are provided for research projects and academic development.
The application process involves submitting a filled form along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, or disability certificates. The university reviews these applications annually to ensure continued eligibility.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Students must complete payment of all fees within the first week of the semester. Late payments attract a penalty of ₹500 per day until the dues are cleared. Payment can be made through online banking, debit cards, credit cards, or NEFT/RTGS.
In case of withdrawal from the program, students are eligible for a refund of fees based on the following policy:
- Withdrawal within 15 days: Full refund minus ₹2000 processing charges
- Withdrawal between 16-30 days: Refund of 90% of total fees
- Withdrawal after 30 days: No refund is granted
The university ensures transparency in all financial transactions and provides detailed receipts for every payment made by students.
