Detailed Fee Components

Tuition Fee: Covers the cost of instruction, access to digital resources, and academic support services. It includes access to online databases, laboratory equipment, and guest lectures by industry experts.

Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in campus hostels with modern amenities such as Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and 24/7 security. The hostel rooms are categorized into single, double, and triple occupancy types.

Mess Advance: Covers the cost of meals for the semester, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The mess billing system is integrated with a mobile app that allows students to track their consumption and make payments easily.

Student Benevolent Fund: A nominal fee collected to support students facing financial hardships or emergencies during their academic journey.

Medical Fees: Includes basic medical checkups, access to on-campus health services, and emergency medical assistance. Students also receive a monthly health allowance based on their medical needs.

Gymkhana Fees: Supports the operation of fitness centers, sports facilities, and recreational activities on campus. These fees fund regular fitness programs and extracurricular events.

Examination Fees: Covers the cost of conducting end-of-semester examinations, including evaluation, grading, and result publishing services.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The hostel facilities at Mandsaur University Mandsaur are designed to provide a comfortable living environment for students. Hostel rooms are available in three categories:

• Single Occupancy: ₹20,000 per semester
• Double Occupancy: ₹15,000 per semester
• Triple Occupancy: ₹10,000 per semester

The mess system operates on a monthly billing cycle with options to pay in advance or through the university's mobile app. Students can also opt for customized meal plans based on their dietary preferences.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Several financial aid schemes are available to eligible students, including:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fee and hostel charges. Additional support in the form of monthly stipends is provided based on income slabs.
• EWS Category: 50% reduction in tuition fees and full waiver of hostel charges. Monthly financial assistance up to ₹3000 is available for students with an annual income below ₹4 lakhs.
• MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% reduction in tuition fees and partial waiver of hostel charges. Additional grants are provided for research projects and academic development.

The application process involves submitting a filled form along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, or disability certificates. The university reviews these applications annually to ensure continued eligibility.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Students must complete payment of all fees within the first week of the semester. Late payments attract a penalty of ₹500 per day until the dues are cleared. Payment can be made through online banking, debit cards, credit cards, or NEFT/RTGS.

In case of withdrawal from the program, students are eligible for a refund of fees based on the following policy:

• Withdrawal within 15 days: Full refund minus ₹2000 processing charges
• Withdrawal between 16-30 days: Refund of 90% of total fees
• Withdrawal after 30 days: No refund is granted

The university ensures transparency in all financial transactions and provides detailed receipts for every payment made by students.
