Hostel & Mess Charges

• Non-AC Rooms: Standard rooms without air conditioning but equipped with basic amenities. Monthly rent is 35,000 INR.
• Guest Houses: Temporary accommodation for visiting students or staff members at a reduced rate of 25,000 INR/month.

The mess billing system operates on a monthly cycle with prepayment required. Students can choose between standard meals and customized options based on dietary preferences. Rebate policies are available for students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, including partial or full waivers depending on income slabs.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Several financial aid options are available to eligible students:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Full fee waiver for students belonging to SC/ST or PwD categories.
• EWS Category: 50% fee concession for EWS students whose annual income is below 6 lakhs.
• MCM (Minority Community Members): 25% fee concession for students from minority communities who meet eligibility criteria.

Eligibility for these benefits is determined through documentation verification and income assessment. Applications must be submitted before the start of each academic year with supporting documents such as caste certificates, income certificates, and Aadhaar cards.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Fees can be paid online via net banking, credit/debit card, or UPI transfers. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced to avoid late fees and penalties:

• Late Fee: 500 INR per day after the due date until full payment is received.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are processed within 30 days of withdrawal, subject to deduction of applicable charges for hostel accommodation and mess services. No refund will be given for tuition fees once the academic year has started unless there is a valid reason such as transfer or discontinuation due to medical reasons.

Students who wish to withdraw from the program must submit a formal application along with supporting documents. The university reserves the right to review each case and determine eligibility for refund based on institutional policies and financial obligations incurred during the tenure.
