The total cost of the program includes tuition fees, hostel charges, mess advance, and other mandatory expenses.

Hostel & Mess Charges
The university offers hostel facilities to accommodate students from different regions and backgrounds. Hostel rooms are equipped with basic amenities such as beds, study tables, wardrobes, and internet connectivity.
There are three types of rooms available:
- Single Occupancy Room: INR 25,000 per semester
- Double Occupancy Room: INR 20,000 per semester
- Triple Occupancy Room: INR 18,000 per semester
Mess charges are collected in advance and cover meals for the entire semester. The mess billing system includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner options with a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.
Rebate policies are available for students who miss meals due to academic or medical reasons. Students must submit an application along with supporting documents to avail of the rebate.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university offers various financial aid options to deserving students based on merit and need. These include fee waivers, concessions, and scholarships that aim to make quality education accessible to all.
Eligibility Criteria for Scholarships:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Students must belong to SC/ST or PwD categories with annual family income less than INR 1,00,000.
- EWS Category: Students must have annual family income between INR 1,00,000 and INR 2,50,000.
- MCM (Meritorious Children of Merit): Students scoring above 90% in 12th standard with annual family income less than INR 3,00,000.
Scholarship benefits include full or partial fee waivers based on eligibility. Applications are submitted online through the university portal and must be accompanied by relevant documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, and academic transcripts.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Students are required to complete payment of fees within the specified deadline each semester. Late payments attract a penalty fee of INR 500 per day beyond the due date.
Payments can be made through online banking, net banking, credit/debit cards, or demand drafts. All transactions must be confirmed and verified by the finance department.
In case of withdrawal from the program, students are eligible for a refund according to the following policy:
- Withdrawal before 15 days of semester commencement: Full refund minus administrative charges
- Withdrawal between 15-30 days of semester commencement: Refund after deducting 25% administrative charges
- Withdrawal after 30 days of semester commencement: No refund
Refunds are processed within 60 working days from the date of withdrawal. Students must submit a written application with supporting documents to initiate the refund process.
