Fee Structure Breakdown

- Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in air-conditioned rooms with basic amenities such as beds, study tables, wardrobes, and common areas.
- Mess Advance: This is a pre-paid amount covering meals for the semester. The mess charges are calculated separately based on consumption.
- Student Benevolent Fund: A nominal fee collected to support students facing financial difficulties or emergencies during their studies.
- Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services provided by the university's medical center, including check-ups and emergency treatments.
- Gymkhana Fees: Supports sports activities and fitness programs organized by the university.
- Examination Fees: Covers administrative costs associated with conducting semester-end exams, including paper setting, invigilation, and result processing.
Hostel & Mess Charges
The university offers various room types in its hostel facilities to accommodate students' diverse needs. Each room is equipped with essential furniture and utilities such as electricity, internet connectivity, and hot water supply.
Room Types
- Semi-Private Rooms: Shared by two students with attached washrooms. Rent includes basic amenities like bedding, study tables, and wardrobes.
- Private Rooms: Single occupancy rooms with private washroom facilities. These rooms come with additional amenities such as a balcony and high-speed internet.
Mess Billing System
The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis. Students receive a monthly bill based on the number of meals consumed during that period. Rebate policies are available for students who occasionally miss meals due to illness or other valid reasons.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university provides several financial assistance schemes for meritorious and economically disadvantaged students. These include fee waivers, scholarships, and installment plans to ease the burden of payment.
Eligibility Criteria
- SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% fee waiver for students belonging to these categories with valid certificates.
- EWS Category: 50% fee concession for economically weaker sections based on income slabs.
- MCM (Meritorious Students): 75% scholarship for top performers in Class 12th with a minimum of 80% aggregate marks.
Scholarship Benefits
- Full waiver of tuition fee and hostel charges for SC/ST/PwD students.
- Half concession on fees for EWS category students.
- Quarterly scholarships based on academic performance for MCM category students.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Students are expected to complete fee payments by the specified deadlines. Late payments attract a penalty of ₹500 per day until the dues are cleared.
Payment Deadlines
- First Semester: Payment must be completed within 10 days of admission.
- Subsequent Semesters: Payments due by the start of each semester.
Refund Policy
In case of withdrawal from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:
- Withdrawal within 15 days: Full refund minus administrative charges.
- Withdrawal after 15 days but before 30 days: Refund of 75% after deducting administrative charges.
- Withdrawal after 30 days: No refund is admissible.
Refunds are processed within 45 days from the date of submission of withdrawal application and supporting documents.
