Fee Components Explained

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers several fee waiver schemes to support economically disadvantaged students:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive a 50% discount on tuition fees.
• EWS Category: Students in the Economically Weaker Section category receive a 25% discount on tuition fees.
• MCM (Meritorious Children of Migrant Workers): A full waiver is granted to students from this category.

The income slabs for eligibility are as follows:

• Below 1.5 lakhs: Full scholarship
• 1.5 - 3 lakhs: 50% concession

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments can be made through online banking, NEFT, or debit/credit cards. The deadline for fee payment is the first week of each semester. Late payments attract a fixed penalty of 1000 INR per month.

In case of withdrawal from the program, refunds are processed according to the following schedule:

• Withdrawal within one month: Full refund
• Withdrawal between one and three months: 75% refund
• Withdrawal after three months: No refund

The refund process typically takes 30 days to complete, subject to verification of documents.
