Hostel & Mess Charges

The university offers three types of hostels: Single Occupancy Rooms (SOR), Double Occupancy Rooms (DOR), and Triple Occupancy Rooms (TOR). Each room is equipped with a bed, study table, chair, wardrobe, and Wi-Fi connectivity.

Mess charges vary based on meal plans offered. The standard plan includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner for each day of the week. Students can choose between vegetarian and non-vegetarian options depending on their preference.

Rebate policies allow students to receive partial refunds if they are absent from campus for a specified period due to illness or other valid reasons. These rebates are processed monthly upon submission of supporting documents.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Eligible students can apply for fee waivers and concessions based on income criteria. The following categories qualify for benefits:

  • SC/ST/PwD: 100% waiver on tuition fee and 50% reduction on hostel rent.
  • EWS: 50% waiver on tuition fee and 25% reduction on hostel rent.
  • MCM (Minority Community Member): 30% waiver on tuition fee and 10% reduction on hostel rent.

Scholarships are awarded based on academic merit, financial need, and extracurricular achievements. Applications must be submitted along with supporting documents during the admission process or annually thereafter.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Fees must be paid within 7 days of receiving the payment notice. Late payments attract a penalty of INR 500 per day until full payment is made. Payment can be made online via net banking or debit/credit cards, or offline through demand draft.

If a student withdraws from the program before completing the academic year, a refund policy applies. Refunds are processed after deducting administrative charges and any outstanding dues. Withdrawals made within 15 days of admission are eligible for full refunds.
