Hostel & Mess Charges

- Double Room: INR 25,000 per semester
- Triple Room: INR 25,000 per semester
The mess charges are fixed at INR 10,000 per semester and include three meals daily (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) with a variety of vegetarian options. The billing system is managed through an online portal where students can view their consumption history and manage payments.
Rebate policies allow students to receive partial refunds if they leave campus for short periods during the semester, subject to approval from hostel authorities.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university offers several financial aid options to support deserving students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: 50% concession on tuition fee and full waiver of hostel rent and mess charges.
- EWS Category: 25% concession on tuition fee and partial waiver of hostel rent and mess charges.
- MCM (Minority Community Member): 10% concession on tuition fee with full waiver of hostel rent and mess charges.
Eligibility for these concessions is determined based on official certificates issued by the government authorities. Students must submit the required documents along with their application form to claim benefits.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments can be made through online banking, NEFT, RTGS, or demand draft. The university provides an online portal where students can track payment status and generate receipts.
Payment Deadlines:
- First Semester Fee: Before the start of the academic year (July 1st)
- Subsequent Semesters: Before the beginning of each semester (February 1st and August 1st)
Late Fee Calculation:
- INR 500 per day for late payments beyond the deadline
Refund Policy:
- Refunds are processed only upon withdrawal from the university.
- Full refund is granted if withdrawal occurs before the start of the semester.
- Partial refund is provided if withdrawal occurs after the semester begins but within 15 days of admission.
- No refunds are given for withdrawals beyond the 15-day window.
