Hostel & Mess Charges

The university provides hostel facilities with different room types to accommodate varying needs:

  • Single Occupancy Room: ₹12,000/month (including utilities)
  • Double Occupancy Room: ₹8,000/month (including utilities)
  • Triple Occupancy Room: ₹6,000/month (including utilities)

The mess system operates on a monthly billing cycle with options for vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals. Students can opt for advance payments or pay monthly. Monthly bills are calculated based on consumption.

Rebate policies apply for students who leave campus during holidays or due to personal reasons, ensuring fair compensation for unused services.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers several financial aid options to eligible students:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fee and hostel charges
  • EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fee and hostel charges

Eligibility criteria are based on income slabs:

  • General Category: Income below ₹4 lakhs/year

Applications for fee waivers must be submitted along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates (for SC/ST), or disability certificates (for PwD). The process is managed by the Finance Department and reviewed annually.

  • Withdrawal between 1–3 months: 50% refund of tuition fee and hostel charges
  • Withdrawal after 3 months: No refund of tuition or hostel fees

Refunds are processed within 45 days of application submission, subject to verification of documents.
