Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, course materials, and administrative costs associated with the academic program. This fee is subject to annual revision based on inflation and operational expenses.
Hostel Rent: The university offers comfortable accommodation in single-occupancy rooms with shared facilities including common areas, laundry services, and 24/7 security.
Mess Advance: A one-time advance payment for monthly mess charges, which are adjusted at the end of each semester based on actual consumption.
Student Benevolent Fund: A fund used to support financially disadvantaged students through emergency grants and scholarships.
Medical Fees: Covers basic medical services provided by the university's health center, including consultations, vaccinations, and preventive care programs.
Gymkhana Fees: Supports extracurricular activities and sports events organized by the student council.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The mess system operates on a monthly billing cycle with options for vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals. Students can opt for advance payments or pay monthly. Monthly bills are calculated based on consumption.
Rebate policies apply for students who leave campus during holidays or due to personal reasons, ensuring fair compensation for unused services.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university offers several financial aid options to eligible students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fee and hostel charges
- EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fee and hostel charges
- MCM (Minority Community): 25% concession on tuition fee and hostel charges
Eligibility criteria are based on income slabs:
- General Category: Income below ₹4 lakhs/year
- EWS Category: Income between ₹1 lakh and ₹3 lakhs/year
- SC/ST/PwD: Income below ₹2 lakhs/year
Applications for fee waivers must be submitted along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates (for SC/ST), or disability certificates (for PwD). The process is managed by the Finance Department and reviewed annually.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees are to be paid online via net banking, debit card, or credit card. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced, with late payments attracting a penalty of ₹500 per day after the due date.
In case of withdrawal from the university, refund rules apply:
- Withdrawal before 1 month: 80% refund of tuition fee and hostel charges
- Withdrawal between 1–3 months: 50% refund of tuition fee and hostel charges
- Withdrawal after 3 months: No refund of tuition or hostel fees
Refunds are processed within 45 days of application submission, subject to verification of documents.
