Students can choose from various room types based on availability and preferences. Single occupancy rooms cost ₹25000 per semester, while double and triple occupancy rooms are priced accordingly. The mess billing system is managed through an integrated digital platform that tracks consumption and adjusts bills monthly.
Rebate policies allow students to receive partial refunds during holidays or if they opt out of hostel services temporarily. These rebates are applied automatically based on the duration of absence.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Financial assistance is available for students from SC/ST/PwD, EWS, and MCM categories. Eligibility criteria include income slabs, percentage of marks in qualifying examination, and parental employment status.
The application process involves submitting required documents along with a formal request form. Approved applicants receive partial or full fee waivers based on their category and financial need.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All payments must be made through the university's official payment gateway using net banking, debit cards, or credit cards. Late fees are calculated at 1% per month for overdue amounts beyond the due date.
If a student withdraws from the program before completing the academic year, the refund policy applies as follows: 80% of tuition fees and hostel rent are refunded after deducting administrative charges. No refunds are issued for examination fees or other one-time charges.
