Tuition Fee: This fee covers access to all academic courses, lectures, and learning materials. It is subject to annual revision based on inflation and institutional development needs.

Hostel Rent: Accommodation fees are charged per semester and vary depending on the type of room selected. Shared rooms cost less than private rooms, with amenities such as Wi-Fi, laundry services, and 24/7 security included.

Mess Advance: This is a monthly advance payment for meals provided by the university's cafeteria. The amount covers breakfast, lunch, and dinner for each day of the month.

Student Benevolent Fund: A nominal fee collected to support students facing financial hardships or emergencies during their academic journey.

Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services provided on campus, including consultations with doctors, vaccinations, and emergency care.

Gymkhana Fees: Includes access to fitness centers, sports facilities, and recreational activities offered by the university's gymkhana committee.

Hostel & Mess Charges

• Shared Rooms (2-3 beds): INR 25,000 per semester
• Private Rooms (1 bed): INR 40,000 per semester

The mess system operates on a monthly billing cycle, with students paying an advance for the entire month. The menu is planned by professional chefs to ensure nutritional balance and variety. Rebate policies are available for students who miss meals due to valid reasons such as illness or academic commitments.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Several financial assistance options are available to eligible students:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fees
• EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fees
• MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% waiver on tuition fees

Students must submit relevant documentation to prove their eligibility for these concessions. Scholarships are also available based on merit, performance in qualifying exams, and financial need.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fee payments must be made through online banking or NEFT/RTGS transfers. Students can access the payment portal through the university website using their login credentials. Late payments attract a penalty of INR 500 per day beyond the due date.

In case of withdrawal from the program, students may be eligible for refunds according to the university's refund policy. Refunds are processed within 30 days after submission of all required documents and clearance of dues.
