Eligibility Criteria
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Students belonging to these categories are eligible for full fee waivers based on income slabs.
- EWS Category: Students from economically weaker sections can apply for partial concessions up to 50% of fees.
- MCM Category: Merit-cum-means students with exceptional academic performance and financial need are granted scholarships up to 75% of fees.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payment Deadlines
Students are expected to make payments by the specified deadlines for each semester. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹1,000 per day until cleared in full.
Refund Rules
If a student withdraws from the university before completing the academic year, they may be eligible for a refund of fees according to the following policy:
- Withdrawal within 15 days: Full refund of tuition and hostel charges.
- Withdrawal between 16-30 days: Refund of 75% of tuition and hostel charges.
- Withdrawal after 30 days: No refund of tuition or hostel charges.
Late Fee Calculations
For late payments beyond the due date, a fixed late fee is applicable based on the number of days overdue. This ensures timely processing and prevents disruptions in academic activities.
