The mess system operates on a monthly billing cycle. Students are required to pay an advance of ₹15,000 per month, which is adjusted based on consumption. Rebate policies are available for students who maintain good attendance and academic standing.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Financial assistance is available through various schemes including:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fee with partial refund on hostel charges.
  • EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fee and full refund on hostel charges.
  • MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% waiver on tuition fee with no hostel charge.

Eligibility criteria are based on income slabs and documented proof of category status. Applications must be submitted during the admission process or within the first semester of enrollment.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Fees can be paid online through net banking, credit/debit cards, or UPI. Payment deadlines are set for the beginning of each semester, with late fees applicable beyond the deadline.

In case of withdrawal from the program, refunds are processed according to university regulations:

  • Withdrawal within 15 days: Full refund minus administrative charges
  • Withdrawal between 16-30 days: 75% refund minus administrative charges
