The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis. Students pay an advance of INR 60000 per semester, which is adjusted based on actual consumption at the end of the semester.
Rebate policies are available for students who attend classes regularly. A minimum attendance of 75% is required to qualify for rebates ranging from 10% to 20% depending on the number of days missed.
The university offers various fee waiver schemes based on income slabs:
Applications for these concessions must be submitted along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, or disability certificates.
Students are required to complete fee payment within the stipulated deadline of 15 days from the start of each semester. Late payments incur a penalty of INR 500 per day beyond the deadline.
The refund policy applies only in cases where a student withdraws before completing one academic year. The refund amount is calculated after deducting administrative charges, hostel fees, and any outstanding dues.
Refunds are processed within 30 days of withdrawal, subject to verification of documents and compliance with university regulations.
