Admission Process
The admission process for the MBA program at Navrachana University Vadodara is designed to be transparent, fair, and merit-based. It ensures that qualified candidates with a strong academic background and leadership potential are selected for enrollment.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for admission to the MBA program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must have completed graduation in any stream from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (47% for OBC-NCL, 45% for SC/ST, and 40% for EWS categories).
- Age limit is 27 years for General category candidates, 30 years for OBC-NCL, and 32 years for SC/ST candidates.
- Candidates must have a valid score in any recognized entrance exam (e.g., CAT, MAT, XAT, GMAT).
Application Procedure
The application process involves several key steps:
- Online Registration: Candidates must register online through the university's official portal. The registration form requires personal details, educational history, work experience (if applicable), and contact information.
- Document Upload: All required documents such as academic certificates, identity proof, income certificate (for reserved categories), and passport-size photographs must be uploaded in PDF format.
- Payment of Application Fee: The application fee is INR 1000 for General category candidates and INR 500 for SC/ST/PwD candidates.
- Confirmation: Once the payment is processed, a confirmation message is sent to the registered email address. Candidates are advised to keep a copy of this confirmation for future reference.
Document Verification
After the initial screening, shortlisted candidates are called for document verification at the university campus. The following documents must be submitted:
- Academic certificates (10th and 12th standard)
- Graduation certificate and marksheet
- Identity proof (Aadhaar card, PAN card, passport)
- Income certificate (for EWS/OBC-NCL/SC/ST/PwD candidates)

Counseling Process
The counseling process is conducted in two stages:
