Fee Components Explanation
Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, curriculum development, and administrative overheads for the program. This fee remains constant throughout the course duration.
Hostel Rent: Charged monthly for accommodation in university-hosted dormitories. Different room types are available depending on comfort level and budget.
Mess Advance: Prepaid monthly meal charges covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This ensures seamless dining experience without daily transactions.
Student Benevolent Fund: A small contribution towards supporting financially disadvantaged students within the university community.
Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services provided by the university hospital and emergency medical assistance.
Gymkhana Fees: Supports sports facilities, fitness programs, and extracurricular activities organized by the university's gymkhana.
Examination Fees: Paid per semester to cover examination conduct, result processing, and certificate issuance.
Hostel & Mess Charges
The university offers various hostel options with different amenities:
- Single Occupancy Room: ₹50,000 annually for a private room with attached bathroom.
- Double Occupancy Room: ₹40,000 annually for shared accommodation with two students per room.
- Triple Occupancy Room: ₹30,000 annually for shared accommodation with three students per room.
Mess billing includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals. Monthly bills are generated based on actual consumption and adjusted accordingly. Rebates are available for students who do not consume meals regularly.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university provides several financial aid options to deserving students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible candidates receive full fee waiver based on income slabs. Income below ₹2 lakhs qualifies for 100% waiver.
- EWS Category: Students with family income between ₹2-5 lakhs receive 50% concession in tuition fees.
- MCM (Minority Community): Full fee exemption is granted to students from minority communities meeting income criteria.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments can be made through online banking, NEFT/RTGS transfers, or cash at designated counters. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹500 per day beyond the deadline.
The refund policy allows partial refunds for withdrawal within specified timeframes:
- Withdrawal Before Admission: Full refund upon submission of valid documents.
- Withdrawal After Admission: Refund of tuition fee minus ₹10,000 administrative charges and hostel deposit.
All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of withdrawal, accompanied by original receipts and relevant paperwork.
