Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments must be made before the start of each semester. Late payments incur a penalty fee of Rs. 1,000 per day. Refunds are processed only after formal application and approval from the finance department. Withdrawal requests must be submitted at least one month prior to the end of the semester.
