Refunds are processed upon withdrawal from the university, subject to certain conditions. A refund of tuition fees is available after deducting administrative charges and penalties. Hostel deposits and mess advances are refunded upon clearance of hostel accounts and final settlement of mess bills.
Students who wish to withdraw must submit a formal application to the principal with reasons for withdrawal. The refund process begins only after verification of all dues and compliance with university policies.
