Hostel & Mess Charges

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university provides various financial aid options for deserving students:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category Students: Eligible for full fee waiver with an income slab of less than ₹1 lakh annually.
  • EWS Category Students: Receive a 50% reduction in tuition fees, provided their annual income is below ₹3 lakh.
  • MCM (Minority Community Members): Enjoy a 25% concession on tuition fees for two consecutive years.

To apply for these benefits, students must submit relevant documents such as caste certificates, income proofs, disability certificates, and Aadhaar cards. Applications are reviewed by the financial aid committee, and decisions are communicated within ten working days.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid through online banking or NEFT/RTGS transfers to the designated university account. Students receive payment receipts via email upon successful transaction.

Late fees of ₹500 per day are applicable if payments are made after the deadline. Refunds, if any, are processed according to the official refund rules outlined in the university handbook. Withdrawals must be accompanied by a written application and approval from the principal concerned. Refunds are typically credited within 15 working days after verification of all dues.
