Tuition Fee: Covers the cost of instruction, academic resources, and access to laboratories and libraries.

Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in campus-hostels with modern amenities such as Wi-Fi, laundry services, and 24/7 security.

Mess Advance: A one-time payment towards hostel meal expenses for the academic year.

Student Benevolent Fund: Supports students facing financial hardships or emergencies.

Hostel & Mess Charges

Students can choose from three types of hostels: Single Occupancy, Double Occupancy, and Triple Occupancy. Each room comes with a private bathroom, Wi-Fi connectivity, and 24-hour power backup.

The mess charges include breakfast, lunch, and dinner for all students. A detailed billing system is maintained through an online portal where students can view their monthly consumption and make adjustments accordingly.

Rebate policies are available for students who leave campus during holidays or due to special circumstances. These rebates are calculated based on the number of days absent from the hostel.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

NEFTU West Siang offers various financial aid options for deserving students:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive a 50% concession on tuition fees.
  • EWS Category: Students receive a 25% concession on tuition fees.
  • MCM (Most Backward Classes): A 30% concession on tuition fees is provided.

Merit-based scholarships are awarded to top-performing students based on academic excellence and extracurricular achievements. The eligibility criteria include maintaining a CGPA of 9.0 or above and demonstrating leadership qualities.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid through online banking, debit/credit cards, or NEFT transfer. Late payments incur a penalty fee of ₹500 per day until the due date is met.

The refund policy applies to students who withdraw from the institution before the completion of the academic year. Refunds are processed after deducting administrative charges and any pending dues.
