- Single Occupancy Room: Rs 15000/month
- Double Occupancy Room: Rs 12000/month
- Triple Occupancy Room: Rs 10000/month
- Quadruple Occupancy Room: Rs 8000/month
Mess charges vary by meal plan and are calculated monthly. Students can choose between standard and premium plans, with each plan offering different levels of food quality and variety.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university offers various financial aid options to support deserving students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive a 100% waiver on tuition fees and partial reimbursement of hostel charges.
- EWS Category: A 50% concession on tuition fees is provided to eligible candidates based on income slabs.
- MCM (Most Backward Classes): Full waiver on tuition fees along with additional support for mess and medical expenses.
To apply for financial assistance, students must submit relevant documentation including income certificates, caste certificates, disability certificates, and Aadhaar cards. Applications are reviewed by the Financial Aid Committee and processed within two weeks of submission.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Fees can be paid online via net banking, credit/debit cards, or UPI transfers. Alternatively, students may pay in cash at designated counters on campus.
Late Fee: A late fee of Rs 500 per day is applicable for delayed payments beyond the due date.
Refund Policy: Refunds are issued according to university regulations and include tuition fees, hostel charges, and mess advances. Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documents. Refunds are processed within 30 days of approval.
