  • Triple Occupancy Room: INR 18,000 per semester (shared living space with common areas).

The mess billing system is designed to ensure fair distribution of meals and nutritional value. Students are charged monthly based on the number of meals consumed, with a fixed advance payment required at the beginning of each month.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university provides several financial assistance options for students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fee with partial concession on hostel charges.
  • EWS Category: 50% reduction in tuition fee and full concession on hostel rent.
  • MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% reduction in tuition fee and partial concession on hostel rent.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Students must complete payment of fees by the specified deadlines to avoid late penalties. Late payments attract a penalty of 5% per month on the outstanding amount. Refunds are processed only in cases of withdrawal from the university, subject to specific conditions:

  • Withdrawal Before First Semester: Full refund minus administrative charges.
  • Withdrawal After First Semester: 70% refund minus administrative charges and hostel fees for the current semester.
  • Withdrawal During Mid-Semester: Refund based on actual usage of facilities, with deductions for hostel charges and other incurred expenses.
