Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fees and hostel charges for eligible students with income below ₹10 lakh per annum.
• EWS Category: 50% reduction in tuition fees and full waiver of hostel charges for families with income between ₹3 lakh to ₹10 lakh.
• MCM (Minority Community): 25% reduction in tuition fees and partial waiver of hostel charges for students from minority communities.

Application Process

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Refund Policy

In case of withdrawal from the program, refunds are processed based on the following guidelines:

• Withdrawal within 15 days: Full refund minus administrative charges
• Withdrawal between 16–30 days: 75% refund of paid fees
• Withdrawal after 30 days: No refund will be processed

The refund process typically takes 45 working days to complete, and all requests must be submitted in writing with necessary supporting documents.
