The total fee for the entire program amounts to 2,928,000 INR. This structure ensures affordability while covering essential educational and infrastructure costs.

Detailed Fee Components

Tuition Fee: The tuition fee covers instruction, laboratory access, library resources, and administrative support. It is fixed for the duration of the program to ensure financial stability for students.

Hostel Rent: Hostel accommodation provides a safe and conducive environment for learning. Rent includes utilities, maintenance, and common area services.

Mess Advance: Mess charges cover daily meals provided by the university's catering services. An advance is collected at the beginning of each semester to manage meal expenses.

Student Benevolent Fund: This fund supports students facing financial hardships or emergencies. Contributions are minimal but play a crucial role in providing assistance when needed.

Medical Fees: Medical charges cover basic healthcare services, including consultations and minor treatments. The university maintains partnerships with nearby hospitals for emergency care.

Gymkhana Fees: These fees support student welfare activities, sports programs, and cultural events on campus.

Examination Fees: Examination fees cover the cost of conducting tests, evaluating answers, and issuing certificates. They ensure quality assessment processes.

Hostel & Mess Charges

Opjs University Churu offers various hostel room types to accommodate different preferences and budgets. Single occupancy rooms are available for ₹75,000 annually, while shared rooms range from ₹60,000 to ₹50,000.

The mess system operates on a monthly billing cycle, with meals provided daily. Students receive meals at fixed times, ensuring balanced nutrition and dietary variety. Rebate policies are available for students who miss meals due to illness or other valid reasons.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Financial aid options include scholarships for meritorious students, need-based assistance for economically disadvantaged backgrounds, and special provisions for PwD candidates. Eligibility criteria vary based on income slabs and academic achievements.

SC/ST/PwD students receive a 50% discount on tuition fees. EWS students are eligible for 25% concessions. MCM (Minority Community Members) candidates also qualify for partial fee waivers depending on their category.

The application process involves submitting required documents, including income certificates, caste certificates, and academic records. The university evaluates applications based on merit and need to ensure fair distribution of support.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments must be made within the specified deadlines each semester to avoid late fees. Late payments incur a penalty of 5% per month on outstanding balances.

If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy applies as follows: 100% refund if withdrawn before the start of the first semester, 75% if withdrawn within the first two months, and 50% if withdrawn after that period but before the end of the second semester.

Refunds are processed within 30 days of withdrawal approval. Students must submit a formal request along with necessary documentation to initiate the refund process.
